A fulltime Terrapin fan, Patrick Welch '84, uses his company conference room to sing Maryland's praises. He welcomes clients of Consolidated Waterproofing Contractors of Beltsville, Md., into a conference room outfitted with Terp championship memorabilia and even convinces graduates of rival schools to cheer Maryland teams.
